Qld: Burns victims may heal faster with spray on skin
Australian researchers are claiming a world first with the development of a non-animalbased spray on skin which helps burns victims heal faster.
Queensland University of Technology cell biologist ZEE UPTON says the product is nowbeing patented under the trade name Vitrogro.
It contains a sticky protein which promotes skin growth more quickly than similar animal-basedproducts already available.
